Lancaster Reserves and Regular Victory Park Seats give you the use of Corporate Seats and grant you access to the members-only Scenic Circle Lounge inlcuding two bars each with it's own deli, located on Level 3 of the PKMC Stand. The ultimate networking opportunity! When the action begins you will simply have to stroll through the glass doors to your balcony seats! Viewing is also available from within the Lounge area! TV's are located inside the lounge, so the pre-match build up can be viewed on the televisions as well as replays throughout the game! Licence Terms The seating packages in the Scenic Circle Lounge will be sold in the form of a Licence to Occupy, a sample copy which is available on request. Lancaster Reserves are available on either a 5 or 10 year Licence term on a fixed rate. Victory Park Seats are available on either a term of of 3 years subject to an annual membership fee increase or a an annual fee for a 5 year term at a fixed rate. All prices quoted exclude GST
