Auditorium The Auditorium is a large oval-shaped theatre with a comfortable and configurable tiered-seating system allowing various room plan arrangements and designs. It is a popular venue for larger plenary sessions and a dynamic and stunning setting for themed gala dinners. The stage area can accommodate an orchestra of up to 130 players. The two metre raised choir seating behind the stage can comfortably seat a 254-voice choir.
Conference Rooms 1 and 2 This conference room can be divided into two separate rooms.
| James Hay Theatre The James Hay Theatre is a sophisticated theatre featuring a proscenium arch and comfortable tiered seating made up of an upper and lower gallery. It has a functional fly rig system making it a flexible venue for productions and presentations that need a quick change of scene for creative impact. It is ideal for live theatre, opera, ballet, seminars and conference plenary sessions. A signatory event is the popular themed dinners held on the theatre stage.

Foyer The foyer area is ideal for pre-functions and serves as a recess space with easy access to other facilities. | Limes Room The Limes Room is a large multi-purpose function room situated on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass on two sides and overlooking Victoria Square. Another feature of the room is a purpose-built parquet dance floor that is well-suited to a variety of hospitality and performance events. It has full kitchen and bar facilities. |
